10-(3-(naphthalen-1-yl)phenyl)anthracene-9-boronic acid is a novel organoboronic acid, which is widely used in organic synthesis. It is a white crystalline powder, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as alcohol and ether, and relatively stable in air.


10-(3-(naphthalen-1-yl)phenyl)anthracene-9-boronic acid is an important intermediate for the synthesis of a variety of organic compounds, such as naphthyridines, diarylmethanes and fluorenes. It is also used as a catalyst for the synthesis of various organometallic compounds and polymersization reactions.
